More Members, More Improvements at RSE
By: Piotr Steininger

As our brotherhood grows, the junior membership can afford to carry out more projects in relation to the clubhouse.

This year we have undertaken a significant number of projects, especially during workweek. We refaced the kitchen and pantry. We also fixed a number of minor problems, which persistently were hindering kitchen operations. The second floor no longer features a dent in the hallway. The third-floor bathroom has a beautiful new ceiling and improved electrical wiring. The outside boasts new, safer steps to the volleyball court.

The porch was successfully repaired over the summer. Also, preventive maintenance was performed on the main sewer line.

Though much has been done, there are still issues we are trying to address as fast as we can. These include clogged gutters and deteriorating laundry equipment. Both of these issues should be completely taken care of within a month.

The house work was organized so that the clubhouse is clean every day of the week Our improvement efforts make it more and more attractive to our members and alumni, as well as prospective members.

Overall, the clubhouse is doing better than ever due to our continuous improvement efforts.

On behalf of the junior membership, I would like to invite and encourage our alumni to visit the clubhouse and experience its beauty as well as to meet us in person. I would like to thank all our alumni for their sponsorship and support, which made a number of house improvements possible.
