Difficult as it may be, the brothers of RSE can always find a way to break away from Tute life. Twice a year we have a formal that includes entertainment ranging from comedians to magicians to piano players. The meal is of gourmet quality, prepared by RSE's own chef, and the atmosphere is one of elegance and fun.
RSE also holds an annual Holiday Banquet in our House that is attended by a good number of the faculty from RPI. At the same time, with the arrival of cold weather, our front lawn has been traditionally converted into an ice-skating rink which is used for hockey and skating.
RSE also has a close association and friendship with the Alpha Phi sorority. Jointly we participate in an annual Teeter-Totter-A-Thon to benefit a local charity. We've also had the pleasure, on occasion, of sharing ourkitchen with Alpha Phi and been the willing recipients of a number of homemade cookies.
Not only is RSE socially active, we are also socially responsible. RSE has traditionally been involved in a variety of public service projects including regular involvement with a local food bank, and our annual breakfast sandwich sale to benefit local charities.
Whatever the season, there's always something happening at RSE so why not come down and join us.
